As of yet in my life, I have not known anyone who has AIDS/HIV or has died from the disease. What I do know is that members of my generation are a little complacent about the disease and it worries me. Anyway, the Lord and His Son's blessing on you, and your friend, and all brothers coping with the disease or have lost someone to it.BronzeBuckaroohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12536210616142873792noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18073044.post-1160631015516948992006-10-11T22:30:00.000-07:002006-10-11T22:30:00.000-07:00My heart goes out to you and all your friend's lov...My heart goes out to you and all your friend's loved ones. The one thing we can count on is that we all must meet our end in the physical sense. Sometimes I battle with my own morality. As people meet death and leave my life physically...I am reassured how their spirit lives on in me. Your friend is gone physically...but he still lives with you.

Peace.DivineLavenderhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11633605215208279867noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18073044.post-1160109151246014612006-10-05T21:32:00.000-07:002006-10-05T21:32:00.000-07:00D, sorry to hear about the loss of your friend. It...D, sorry to hear about the loss of your friend. It is difficult to hear that people are still dying from the disease despite there being many medicines to prolong people's lives.

In grieving, I think it is always important to pray, laugh, cry and remember the good times you had with your friend or loved one.

Also, educate, educate, educate. No matter how tired you get or useless it seems. I think people need to be reminded that death is real if they don't protect themselves. It's a way you can honor your friend's who have passed away.

Also, I wrote a bigger response initially, but it disappeared when previewed it.Arch City Expatriatehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09928344388482144188noreply@blogger.com
